Enter The Oven

Der-ner… Today our brand new deck oven arrived - straight from the factory in Wales. It was then built on site by Rob and the gang to be fired up (with electricity) to be cured for 5 hours tomorrow. We had a hairy time over the weekend and then this morning as the oven was being brought up from Wales, trying to get Octopus Energy to fit our new 3-phase electricity meter (to give us access to our new 3-phase supply, that was installed by Northern Power Grid last Thursday) - in time for Mono to commission the oven. The oven has been on order since before Christmas, as had our power supply… and so this was the day all of that would come together.
